You’ll learn how to set realistic, achievable weekly, short-term goals so that you can better prepare yourself. You’ll learn to identify challenges that you may have encountered in the past and how to overcome those and put you Goal Plan together.

Weeks 2-4

You’ll learn about work life integration, how to protect your time, time management, delegate tasks and how to set boundaries and communicate better in the work and home setting.

Prioritizing Your Self-Care Needs

Weeks 5-7

You’ll learn the meaning and importance of self-care, how to create your customized self-care plan, change your inner dialogue, and learn how to celebrate all the successes.

Navigating Cultural Expectations

Weeks 8-10

You’ll learn how to identify unrealistic expectations, your values, what aligns with your OWN values, and your family and practice the art of letting go.

Professional Development & Career Aspirations

Weeks 10-12

You’ll identify how you want to professionally grow, how we can make that happen, how to create a professional support network and move through self-limiting beliefs

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for full-time Asian mothers that are struggling with being able to balance work and feel good about being present with their children.

How long does this program last?

This program is designed to last 12 weeks, you will get to work closely with me and a community of other mothers. You will have access to this 3 month course for up to a year.

What kind of support will I receive?

In addition to the weekly trainings, and modules you will receive a community of like-minded mothers that are struggling with the same things that are you. You’ll also have access to me from M-F, and a weekly coaching call.

What happens if I can’t make the coaching call?

Not to worry! If you can’t make the coaching call send me any questions you may have and I will answer them on the call or send you a private message.

What kind of results can I expect from the program?

My program outline gives you an idea of what you will complete and work on each week. Most of this program is self-led but I am also here to guide and support you. The amount of effort that you put in on a weekly basis will contribute to the successes that you see.

Do I have to share on the coaching calls?

Good question, no you don’t have to share anything that you’re not comfortable sharing. The group coaching call provides a basis of support for all the women in the program as well as a platform to learn from one another and from me as well.

What if I am concerned about the affordability?

I can understand that it can be scary investing money into anything, however, remember that this is a lifetime investment that you will be making for yourself, your happiness and your well-being. Additionally, I do offer payment plan options and will be more than happy to discuss those with you at the time of need.
