This all sounds so amazing right?

Well my fellow Mama, what I just described can be taught and achieved through my coaching program.

Now I know you might be thinking, is this possible? Can she even really help with this?

Well, I have been in your shoes and thought the same exact thing, but don’t roll your eyes at me just yet…

Just hear me out its story time…

Before I had my daughter these were some of my thoughts….

  • “ Oh I will return to work after the 6 weeks of maternity leave and she will start daycare and things will all just work out”

  • “ I will be able to see as many clients as I have been seeing AND still get to spend time with her”

  • “ I can just drop her off to school, go off to work, go to the gym, spend as much time as I’d like with her and it will all be ok”.

Well fast forward to after I had my daughter this is what my reality actually looked like:

  • I had the worst debilitating postpartum depression that I have ever experienced which held me back from doing anything that I enjoyed.

  • My husband had to return to work shortly after she was born and I did not have a “village” to help me.

  • The pandemic hit and we did not have any daycare options available to us at the time.

  • I had to work from home full-time, care for my daughter, manage cultural expectations all whilst working

    through my depression.

MY WORST NIGHTMARE WAS COMING TO LIFE BEFORE MY EYES…

  •  I was struggling keeping a full load of clients whilst caring for my daughter.

  •  I was feeling guilty for working and not spending enough “quality” time with her.

  • I had 0 time for self-care, for someone who worked out 5 days a week to now 0 days a week.

  •  Plus navigating the cultural expectations of becoming a “new” mother and all things I “should” be doing.

I remember this time like it was yesterday, I was so hard on myself, I didn’t give myself any grace and had all these unrealistic expectations of what life as a working Mom should look like.

This is when I had the realization that I HAVE to help other struggling Mothers out there who are or have experienced this and help them to live a fulfilled life, one where they are the ones in control.

I created this amazing program to help Asian mothers achieve some Balance & Bliss as working Moms.

Fast forward a few years later and I am living proof of being able to prioritize my self-care, be professionally fulfilled with my career and aspirations, manage my home, spend quality time with my daughter, feel less anxious, and achieve a sense of balance.

My goal is to help Asian Mothers find balance, joy, and fulfillment in all aspects of their life so they can feel less anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed.

Meet your new, trusted, and innovative expert

Hi, I’m Amrita Kataria, I am an LPCC and LMHC as well as a South Asian Empowerment Coach.

I am obsessed with helping Mothers achieve some Balance & Bliss in their busy working lives and feel like they can have it all without sacrificing their career aspirations or being a present Mom.

I’ve worked as a Mental Health Professional for many years and have found that not everything can be diagnosed and sometimes, we need to step outside of the box for some guidance and tools!

My cultural competence and background have helped me to help Mothers navigate cultural expectations, cultural conditioning and embrace their culture in a positive way.

It’s time that I share what I have created, learned, and lived!

Why start now?

You’re ready to start enjoying life as a working Mother, lean on your support system, prioritize what’s important to you, focus on career aspirations, learn how to delegate tasks, and navigate cultural expectations.

You’re tired of feeling anxious, stuck, and guilty for not having enough time for everything. You’re looking for a system that actually works and is realistic for you, one that provides proven strategies, gives you realistic tools you can apply on a daily basis, and helps you grow into the mother you WANT to not have to be because of your stressful circumstances.

So what do you say?

Are you ready to set realistic goals for yourself, practice time management, prioritize your self-care, set boundaries, delegate tasks, lean on your support system and create your OWN village?

Remember, balancing work and motherhood can be challenging, but with the right strategies and support, it's possible to achieve your career aspirations while also being a loving and present parent.
